Ownership of the artwork

When you purchase an artwork, the invoice will be issued, which will record as a sale.

If you wish to have a certificate of authenticity, the fee might be applied to issue such document. You must contact artist via e-mail art@ingacontemporary.eu before planning or after the purchase.

All artworks and limited edition prints are signed.

Shipping

The artworks will be processed shortly after the payment, carefully packed and shipped using local postal service (sent from Denmark using PostNord). Shipping is traceable and insured (the value of the artwork will be indicated).

The shipping fee starts from 7 EUR and will be calculated in your cart.

Shipping in Europe can take up to 6 working days, overseas – 10 working days.

Customs

It is your responsibility to pay a fee or customs charge when receiving a package. It differs from country to country, so check your local post office and evaluate the price before purchasing

Returns & refunds

You may return the artwork(s) within 14 days to receive a full refund (minus shipping fees). Beyond 14 days no refund will be offered.

Special circumstances

Due to Covid-19 there might be delays in processing your order – the shipping can take longer than expected. Refunds will be initiated once the artwork is returned without taking time, mentioned above, in consideration.
